As Modified by a Thruway Contract Proposal - The Authority currently uses the Standard Specifications published by the Department of Transportation dated May 1, 2008 as modified by the Authority's Addendum, TA (09). The Authority has been using the 2008 Standard Specifications for contracts let after June 1, 2009.
