The New York State Thruway Authority today announced that the ramp from Route 17 in Harriman to the northbound Thruway (I-87) will close overnight at 11 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, for maintenance activities. The ramp will reopen no later than 5 a.m. Thursday.
