NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a meeting of the members of the New York State Thruway Authority Finance Committee, the New York State Thruway Authority Audit Committee, the New York State Thruway Authority Governance Committee, followed immediately by a meeting of the members of the New York State Thruway Authority Board, will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 11 a.m. Eastern at Thruway Authority Headquarters.  The public may listen to the meeting at http://www.thruway.ny.gov/news/meetings.

Anyone wishing to address the Board on Thruway Authority-related matters may do so either in-person at the Thruway Authority Headquarters or by emailing their comments to BoardAdmin@thruway.ny.gov prior to the Board meeting. Public comments will be read at the Board meeting. The proceedings will be recorded and made available online after the Board meeting.
