Capital Program Text Listing

The Capital Program Projects are listed by Division and organized into three groups: 

1. Future - Projects in the planning/design phase to be let through 2026.
2. Under Construction - Projects that are under construction.
3. Completed - Construction for these projects has been completed since 01/01/2021.
