Bridge Work, between Rochester, Interchange 46, and Leroy, Interchange 47, will require east, and westbound lane closures, from 8am until 2pm, on Wednesday and Thursday.
And now for some public service announcements The New York State Thruway would like to remind motorist that construction, and maintenance personnel will be working along the entire length of the Thruway, performing routine, and scheduled construction work.
Motorist should use caution when traveling through construction zones, and obey all posted work zone speed limits. For your safety, as well as the safety of our construction, and maintenance workers, most of the work zone speed limits will be posted at 55 mph, and will be strictly enforced, by State Police.
