OK, it's traffic time On I-87 - NYS Thruway northbound between Suffern - Exit 15A - and I-84 - Newburgh - Exit 17 - Traffic is slow On I-87 - NYS Thruway northbound at milepost 47, between Harriman - Exit 16 - and I-84 - Newburgh - Exit 17 - Look out for an accident, The right lane is blocked On I-87 - NYS Thruway southbound at milepost 46.5, between I-84 - Newburgh - Exit 17 - and Harriman - Exit 16 - Look out for debris on the roadway And now a rundown of the scheduled construction projects on the New York State Thruway for the Hudson Valley Region for the week ending, May 24th.<br /><br />Road Work, between New Paltz, Interchange 18, and Newburgh, Interchange 17, will require north, and southbound lane closures, from 7am until 6pm, Monday through Wednesday.<br /><br />Pavement Repairs, between Kingston, Interchange 19, and New Paltz, Interchange 18, will require southbound lane closures, from 7am until 3pm, on Wednesday. <br /><br />Road Work, between Catskill, Interchange 21, and Saugerties, Interchange 20, will require southbound lane closures, from 7am until 3pm, Monday through Wednesday.<br /> And now for some public service announcements The New York State Thruway would like to remind motorist that construction, and maintenance personnel will be working along the entire length of the Thruway, performing routine, and scheduled construction work. <br />  Motorist should use caution when traveling through construction zones, and obey all posted work zone speed limits. For your safety, as well as the safety of our construction, and maintenance workers, most of the work zone speed limits will be posted at 55 mph, and will be strictly enforced, by State Police. <br />As always, remember to wear your seatbelts, and have a safe, and enjoyable trip.<br /> ]]></har-current-message>
