Coverage area: I-87 Thruway from the NY City Line to Exit 19 (Kingston), Garden State Parkway (GSP) Connector, I-95 New England Thruway and I-287 Cross Westchester Expressway

This is the New York State Thruway Regional Advisory message for the New York area. OK, it's traffic time Currently, there are no traffic reports And now a rundown of the scheduled construction projects on the New York State Thruway, for the Hudson Valley region, for the week ending September 5, 2014.

Road Work on I-87, between Elmsford, Exit 8A and Nyack, Exit 11 will require southbound lane closures, Tuesday to Thursday, 9AM to 3PM, and northbound on Friday, from 9AM to 1PM. There will also be overnight lane closures southbound, Thursday from 8PM to 5AM.

Road Work on I-87, between Nyack, Exit 11 and Garden State Parkway, Exit 14A, will require southbound double lane closures, Tuesday to Friday, from 7PM to 6AM.

Road Work on I-87, between NJ I-287 South, Exit 15 and Harriman/Woodbury, Exit 16, will require north and southbound lane double closures, Tuesday to Friday, from 8PM to 7AM. There will also be overnight single lane closures on the Exit 15 ramps, Tuesday to Friday, from 9PM to 5AM. The ramps will remain open at all times.

Road Work on I-87, between Newburgh, Exit 17 and New Paltz, Exit 18, will require north and southbound overnight lane closures, Tuesday to Friday from 6PM to 9AM.

Bridge Work on I-87, between Harriman, Exit 16 and Newburgh, Exit 17, will require north and southbound overnight lane closures, Tuesday to Thursday nights from 7PM to 6AM
