During the scheduled closures, crews will be performing full depth repairs and resurfacing of the exit 39 exit and entrance ramps. All work is expected to be completed during off peak hours to minimize impact to traffic.

The exit 39 eastbound entrance ramp to I-90 will be closed on Sunday, July 22 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Monday, July 23 from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m., and Thursday, July 26 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic seeking to enter I-90 eastbound will be detoured to I-690 east and can reenter at exit 34A (Syracuse – I-481).

Additionally, the exit 39 eastbound exit ramp from I-90 to I-690 will be closed to all traffic Tuesday, July 24 from 9 p.m. – 6 a.m. and Wednesday, July 25 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Traffic seeking to enter I-690 from the Thruway will be detoured off of exit 40 (Weedsport).
