THRUWAY AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES OVERNIGHT LANE CLOSURES ON I-95 SOUTHBOUND BETWEEN EXITS 15 AND 16 IN NEW ROCHELLE

Work Scheduled for Tonight, Friday, July 8, Between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Tomorrow Morning

The Thruway Authority today announced overnight bridge rehabilitation work with lane shifts that will require lane closures on I-95 (New England Thruway) southbound between exit 15 (US Route 1) and exit 16 (North Avenue) tonight, Friday, July 8 between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. tomorrow morning. During this scheduled work, one lane will be open to traffic.

In case of inclement weather, the work may be postponed.

Variable Message Signs (VMS) and Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) will update motorists about expected delays.

The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this scheduled work.
