THRUWAY AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES HUDSON VALLEY TRAFFIC PLAN
FOR THURSDAY, JULY 10 THROUGH MONDAY, JULY 14
Plan will direct traffic to the Hudson Music Project

The New York State Thruway has announced a traffic plan for the Hudson Valley during the Hudson Music Project festival taking place between the evening of Thursday, July 10 and the morning of Monday, July 14 to assist with traffic flow and festival parking.

  • Festival traffic traveling northbound on the Thruway (I-87) will be directed to use exit 19 (Kingston).
  • Festival traffic traveling southbound on the Thruway will be directed to use exit 21 (Catskill).
  • Exit 20 (Saugerties) will remain open for local traffic throughout the entire weekend.

Electronic signboards will direct Thruway motorists to the appropriate exit and provide information concerning any delays that may develop.

Once traffic has exited the Thruway, signage will direct motorists to the festival’s parking areas.

Parking details and other information about the Hudson Music Project can be found at http://hudsonmusicproject.com/ Leaving NYS Thruway Authority's Website .

The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience.
