FUEL SERVICES TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED AT JUNIUS PONDS
TRAVEL PLAZA ON I-90 WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5, 9 A.M.
Restaurant and Restroom Services will not be Interrupted
Fuel services will be temporarily suspended at the Junius Ponds Travel Plaza on the Thruway (I-90) westbound beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, the Thruway Authority announced. Fuel services are expected to be restored later in the day after routine testing of the fuel services system.
Restaurant and restroom facilities will continue to operate during the fuel service suspension.
The Junius Ponds Travel Plaza is located on I-90 westbound between Exit 41 (Waterloo, Clyde) and Exit 42 (Geneva, Lyons).
Westbound travelers in need of fuel are advised to stop at the Warners Travel Plaza between Exit 39 (Syracuse, Fulton) and Exit 40 (Weedsport, Auburn). The Warners Travel Plaza is located about 32 miles before the Junius Ponds Travel Plaza.
Additionally, fuel services are available at the Seneca Travel Plaza, about 26 miles beyond, between Exit 44 (Canandaigua, Victor) and Exit 45 (Rochester, Victor).
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during the routine testing of the fuel services system.
