Wednesday Dec. 19, Overnight Delays on I-87
Northbound Between Sloatsburg and Harriman
Motorists on the Thruway (I-87) northbound between Exit 15A (Sloatsburg, Suffern) and Exit 16 (Harriman) are advised that there will be a traffic pattern shift with temporary traffic stops during the evening and overnight hours of Wednesday December 19, the New York State Thruway Authority announced.
The traffic pattern shift will be established between Exit 15A (Sloatsburg, Suffern) and Exit 16 (Harriman) from 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 19 to 6 a.m. Thursday, December 20.
The traffic shift will necessitate multiple traffic stops, which are scheduled to last no more than 20 minutes each.
Electronic signboards will update motorists about expected delays.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this scheduled work.
