Overnight Work on I-95 On-Ramps from Midland Ave. in Port Chester Scheduled Oct. 29 through Nov. 2
PORT CHESTER – Motorists using the New England Thruway (I-95) on-ramps from Midland Avenue will encounter detours and delays between Oct. 29 and Nov. 2 because of required repair work on access ramps, the New York State Thruway Authority announced.
All work is scheduled overnight. Schedule below is weather permitting.
Monday, October 29, Wednesday, October 31, and Friday, November 2
The on-ramp to southbound I-95 and westbound I-287 from Midland Avenue will be closed between 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. on Monday, October 29, and Wednesday, October 31. The on-ramp will also be closed from 11:59 p.m. Friday, November 2, to 5 a.m. Saturday, November 3.
Tuesday, October 30, and Thursday, November 1
The on-ramp to northbound I-95 from Midland Avenue will be closed from 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, to 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 31, and again from 10:30 p.m. Thursday, November 1, to 5:30 a.m. Friday, November 2.
Electronic signboards and the Highway Advisory Radio (530 AM) will update motorists about expected delays and alternate routes.
