Fuel Services Temporarily Suspended at Ramapo Travel Plaza
on I-87 -- Wed., Oct. 24, 9 a.m.
Restaurant and Restroom Services will not be Interrupted
RAMAPO - Fuel services will be temporarily suspended at the Ramapo Travel Plaza on I-87 southbound beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, October 24, the New York State Thruway Authority announced. Following required routine fuel line testing, fuel services are expected to be restored later in the afternoon that same day.
Restaurant and restroom facilities will continue to operate at Ramapo Travel Plaza during the fuel service suspension.
The Ramapo Travel Plaza is located at milepost 33 southbound on I-87 between Exit 16 (Harriman) and Exit 15A (Sloatsburg, Suffern).
Southbound motorists in need of fuel are advised to use the Modena Travel Plaza located 33 miles north of the Ramapo Travel Plaza, between Exit 18 (New Paltz) and Exit 17 (Newburgh, I-84).
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this routine fuel line testing.
