UPDATE, 9:50 A.M.: Traffic Moving on I-95
WHITE PLAINS – Normal traffic flow has been restored on the New England Thruway (I-95) near Exit 21 (White Plains, I-287), the New York State Thruway Authority announced.
An earlier accident at Exit 21 had resulted in a lengthy backup.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this incident.
