All Eastbound and Southbound Traffic Diverted at Thruway Exit 24
ALBANY – Because of an earlier accident, all eastbound and southbound Thruway motorists must take Exit 24 (I-87/I-90), the New York State Thruway Authority announced.
The earlier accident occurred at milepost 146.9 between Exit 23 (Albany, downtown) and Exit 24 (I-87, I-90).
Electronic signboards and the Highway Advisory Radio (1610 AM) have been activated to update motorists about delays and alternate routes.
