UPDATE 11:15 A.M.: Left Lane Open Eastbound 90 Exit 53 (Downtown-Buffalo)
Two Right Lanes Remain Closed
BUFFALO – The left lane is open eastbound 90 at Exit 53 (Downtown-Buffalo), while the two right lanes remain closed, the New York State Thruway Authority announced today.
The two right lanes remain closed due to an earlier tractor trailer fire. Vehicle recovery operations will continue through early afternoon.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during incident.
