UPDATE: 11:35 A.M.: Traffic Moving on I-95 Near Exit 21, at I-287
RYE – Traffic flow has returned to normal northbound on the New England Thruway (I-95) near Exit 21 (White Plains, I-287) following an earlier accident, the New York State Thruway Authority announced
The accident was at milepost 13.9, just north of Exit 21.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this incident.
