Spring Valley E-ZPass Pattern to Shift Temporarily,
All Traffic to Use Staffed Toll Lanes
Tolls will not be Collected from Passenger Vehicles
SPRING VALLEY – The highway speed E-ZPass lanes at the Spring Valley Toll Barrier on northbound I-87 will be closed temporarily from 12 a.m. until 4 a.m. Wednesday, September 12, for repair work, weather permitting, the New York State Thruway Authority announced.
All traffic, passenger and commercial, will be diverted through the staffed toll lanes at the Spring Valley Toll Barrier at milepost 24.3. Tolls will not be collected from passenger vehicles.
Electronic message boards and Highway Advisory Radio (530 AM) will advise motorists of the closure.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this time.
