I-190 Southbound and Northbound Ramp Closures
Night Work Begins Tuesday, July 10
BUFFALO – The closing of I-190 southbound and northbound ramps will begin Tuesday, July 10, and continue through Wednesday, July 11 for scheduled repairs, the New York State Thruway Authority announced.
Weather permitting, the ramp closing schedule includes:
Tuesday July 10:
- River Road (Exit 17) off-ramp (southbound) 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
- River Road (Exit 17) off-ramp (northbound) 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.
- River Road (Exit 17) on-ramp (northbound) 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.
Wednesday July 11:
- River Road (Exit 17) off-ramp (northbound) 7 p.m. - 12 midnight
Electronic message signs and Highway Advisory Radio (1610 AM) will be activated to notify motorists of the lane closures and any resulting delays.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this time.
