Advisory: 5:30 p.m. Heavy Delays on I-95 Southbound
Southbound motorists may experience heavy delays on I-95 (New England Thruway) between Exit 21 (White Plains) to the New York City line, the New York State Thruway Authority announced.
Motorists familiar with the area may wish to consider alternate routes.
Electronic message boards and the Highway Advisory Radio (530 AM) will advise motorists of the delays.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this time.
