ADVISORY, 9:55 A.M.: Traffic Flowing on I-95 Northbound
Earlier Accident at New Rochelle
Traffic flow has returned to normal on northbound New England Thruway (I-95) near New Rochelle, the New York State Thruway Authority announced.
Delays had been reported because of an earlier accident between Exit 16 (New Rochelle) and Exit 17 (Larchmont).
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during these events.-30-
