TRAFFIC UPDATE, 3:30 P.M.: I-87 Southbound Traffic Flowing
Traffic flow was back to normal on the New York State Thruway (I-87) southbound between Exit 14 (Spring Valley) and the Tappan Zee Bridge, the New York State Thruway announced.
An earlier accident had resulted in delays for southbound travelers.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists' patience during these incidents.
