UPDATE 1:09 P.M.: Delays on Niagara Thruway I-190
Traffic flow has returned to normal both southbound and northbound on the Niagara Thruway (I-190) in the vicinity of Exit 19 (Whitehaven Road), the New York State Thruway announced.
There had been delays in both directions earlier Monday after a southbound dump truck crossed the median and damaged a length of guardrail.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists' patience during these incidents.
