New Paltz Park-and-Ride Lot on I-87 Closed Temporarily
Parking Lot Painting to Begin Monday, June 11, 2012
The park-and-ride lot at Exit 18 (New Paltz) of the New York State Thruway (I-87) will be closed temporarily for the painting of the parking spaces in the lot, the Thruway Authority announced.
This work will take place on Monday, June 11, 2012, at 9 p.m. through Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at 5 a.m. Motorists’ are advised not to park their vehicles in the lot between these hours.
Cars left in the parking lot during the work period are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
Electronic signboards will advise motorists about the closing of the parking lot.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this scheduled event.
