I-87 Exit 4 Ramp Closed Overnight Monday, June 11, 2012.
Motorists Should Follow Alternate Routes
Motorists on the New York State Thruway (I-87) northbound are advised that the Exit 4 (Yonkers) ramp to the Cross County Parkway, Mile Square Road will be closed temporarily for maintenance work, the New York State Thruway Authority announced.
The closure will take place 11 p.m., Monday, June 11, 2012 through 5 a.m., Tuesday, June 12, 2012, weather permitting.
Northbound motorists are advised to follow one of these posted detours:
- Take I-87 northbound to Exit 3 (Mile Square Road). Make a left at the light and then proceed through the next traffic light.
- Continue on I-87 northbound to Exit 5 (White Plains, Central Park Avenue); bear right to the U-turn on Central Park Avenue. Continue south on Central Park Avenue to Mile Square Road. Make left at traffic light followed, by another left at next light.
Electronic message boards and the Highway Advisory Radio (530 AM) will update motorists about expected delays.
