ADVISORY: 4:20 P.M. On-ramp to I-87 Closed at Albany
Motorists may encounter delays at Exit 24 of the New York State Thruway (I-87) because of a motorcycle accident at the on ramp leading to southbound I-87, the Thruway Authority announced.
Travelers heading south on I-87 may wish to consider alternate routes.
Electronic message boards and the Highway Advisory Radio have been activated to alert motorists to possible delays.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during these unplanned delays.
