Traffic Advisory: Delays Between Exits 17 (Newburgh) and 18 (New Paltz)
The New York State Thruway Authority has announced delays on the Thruway (I-87) southbound between Exit 17 (Newburgh) and Exit 18 (New Paltz), due to a lane closure.
Due to ongoing construction, motorists may experience delays.
The Thruway Authority has activated its Variable Message Signs, Highway Advisory Radio, and issued a TRANSalert to subscribers advising motorists of the delays.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this time.
