ADVISORY, 3:40 p.m.: Delays on I-87 Southbound
Slow Traffic from Exit 18 to Exit 17
Motorists may experience delays on I-87 southbound between Exit 18 (New Paltz) and Exit 17 (Newburgh, I-84), the New York State Thruway Authority announced.
Any earlier accident involving a bus has been moved to the right shoulder. Heavy volume at the end of the holiday weekend contributed to the delays.
The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during these traffic delays.
