Fuel Service To Be Suspended at the Pembroke Travel Plaza on I-90 Eastbound
Restaurant and Restroom Services Remain Available
Fuel service will be temporarily suspended at the Pembroke Travel Plaza on I-90 eastbound beginning at 8 a.m. Thursday, February 2, 2012, the New York State Thruway Authority announced. Following routine fuel testing, fuel services are expected to be restored later in the morning on the same day.
Restroom and restaurant services at the Pembroke Travel Plaza remain available during the fuel testing process.
The Pembroke Travel Plaza is located on I-90 eastbound at milepost 397, between Exit 48A (Pembroke, Medina, NY Route 77) and Exit 48 (Batavia, NY Route 98).
Eastbound travelers in need of fuel are advised to stop at the Angola Travel Plaza at milepost 447, between Exit 58 (Silver Creek, Irving, NY Route 438) and Exit 57A (Eden, Angola). The Angola Travel Plaza is located about 50 miles west of the Pembroke Travel Plaza.
Additionally, fuel services are available at Scottsville Travel Plaza at milepost 366, between Exit 47 (Rochester, LeRoy, I-490, NY Route 19) and Exit 46 (Rochester, Corning, I-390). The Scottsville Travel Plaza is located about 31 miles east of the Pembroke Travel Plaza.
Motorists are advised to monitor the electronic signs posted along the roadway for updates.
