UPDATE 11:55 A.M.: I-190 Exit 16 Off-Ramp Re-Opens
The I-190 southbound off-ramp (Exit 16) to I-290 westbound is re-opened to traffic, the New York State Thruway announced. The ramp had been closed temporarily because of a disabled truck.
Thruway Authority snow removal equipment is fully deployed in the Western New York region.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution while driving in winter weather conditions.
