Motorists Traveling Eastbound Along I-84 Near Bridge Should Plan for Delays

The New York State Thruway Authority has announced a tractor trailer accident along I-84 eastbound in the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge Toll Plaza.

The Newburgh-Beacon Bridge Toll Plaza is located at milepost 41.2 eastbound along I-84.

Due to the accident, motorists traveling eastbound along I-84 and traveling across the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge should plan for extended delays and watch for slow or stopped traffic. Motorists familiar with the area may wish to seek alternate routes.

The Newburgh-Beacon Bridge is under the jurisdiction of the New York State Bridge Authority.
