Thruway Authority Announces Multi-Vehicle Accident Along I-87 Northbound
All Northbound Lanes Blocked Near Exit 15

The New York State Thruway Authority has announced that a multi-vehicle accident along I-87 Northbound at milepost 30.2 near Exit 15 has closed the northbound lanes.

State police, Authority maintenance and the fire department are on the scene at this time.

Lanes will be reopened as soon as conditions safely permit.

The Authority has activated a Dynamic Message Board, Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) and has issued a TRANSalert to subscribers to notify them of the incident and resulting delays.

The Authority appreciated motorist' patience during this time.
