Note: Auctions are normally scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesdays. If a fifth auction is required, a date will be set at that time.
All items offered for sale in this auction have been determined by the New York State Thruway Authority and Canal Corporation (Authority) to be surplus to its needs. Most of the vehicles and equipment are non-operational or have exceeded their useful life and continued repairs to these items are not in the best interest of the Authority. Substantive deficiencies known to the Authority are so noted. However, the absence of such information does not mean that deficiencies do not exist nor does it change the terms of the sale which are "as is, where is", with no guarantee or warranty either express or implied.
Auctions are conducted at Albany Division, Thruway Interchange 22, Route 144, Selkirk, New York.
